JOB DESCRIPTION:
$55-$65K

Responsibilities:
-Be responsible for monitoring/paying futures pit brokerage and desk execution customers via GMI and the BPS/GPS billing systems.
-Maintain brokerage and execution rates for firm customers in GMI as well as reconciling BPS. Work with client services to maintain equal balances between what is accrued from customers and what is charged via exchanges.
-Produce daily stock, option and future share/trade volume Flash report that calculates monthly and yearly comparisons.
-Make monthly payments to independent floor brokers who execute option orders for clients. Also coordinate manual future payments that are not facilitated through the GPS system.
-Update receivable/payable accounts for futures and option brokerage as well as execution.

Qualifications:
-Minimum 5 years experience.
-Futures Clearing System experience (preferably GMI).
-Microsoft Suite.
-General Ledger.
-Bachelors degree or equivalent.
